I can’t sign in

Verify your username and password. If you forgot your password, contact support@febscompany.com from your registered email.

Why do you need background location?

Background location is used only during active deliveries so dispatch can maintain accurate live status updates. You can disable tracking when off-duty.

I don’t see any orders

Make sure your account is active and assigned to a tenant. If you are using the driver app, pull to refresh or tap the Refresh button. If you are using the web system, reload the page and verify your filters (date, status, tenant).

How fast do you respond?

We reply Monday–Friday 9:00–18:00 ET, usually within 24–48 business hours.
